Qualification of international students who are Doctoral/Master degree-seeking applicants, and currently are university lecturers or professors in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos. *Lecturer Certificate (English version) is needed. |

*The amount of Elite scholarship is issued by MOE, and it will be NTD 25,000 per month, which is used as funding to your tuition fee and credit fee, and the rest amount is used as monthly stipend to support your studying and living in NCKU. ** Duration of scholarships: 3 years for PhD program, 2 years for master program (reviewed annually).
